As a guide, please refer below.Managed service rates can be negotiated dependent on the scope of the project undertaken.

General Computer repair rates:

Domestic rate for standard computer repair/diagnosis: $100 per hour (travel is $50 per hour travel tome from base)

*Concessions available for pensioners - please contact us for more information.

Virus removal and cleanup service, including computer perfomance check and removal of spyware/malware from infected systems and general performance troubleshooting: $75 per hour

*Note this service is provided by remote control only.

Business IT Consultancy and advanced projects:

Rates by negotiation in the region of $120 - $160 per hour.
